Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 9/14/2026

Atsko Holdings, Inc. (“Atsko,” “we,” “us”) operates [atsko.mom] and the online store hosted there. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we collect it, why we use it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.

What We Collect

Contact and order information. Your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.

Account information. If you create an account: your username, password, saved addresses, and order history.

Payment information. Card brand, the last four digits, and a payment token. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code — those go directly to our payment processors.

Purchase information. What you bought, order totals, cart contents, and returns or exchanges.

Content you submit. Messages sent through our contact form, customer service emails, and any product reviews you post. Reviews are public, along with the display name you choose.

Technical information. Your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, the pages and products you view, searches you run on our site, and the date and time of your visit.

Referral information. The website, link, or campaign that brought you to our store.

We do not collect sensitive information such as race, religion, health, precise geolocation, or biometric data, and we ask that you not send it to us.

How We Collect It

Directly from you — when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to our email list, submit our contact form, call us, or post a review.

Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies — as you browse the site. We use:

  • Essential cookies that keep your cart, your session, and your login working. Checkout will not function without them.
  • Functional cookies that remember preferences so you do not re-enter them.
  • Attribution cookies, set by our store software, that record which link or campaign brought you to us.
  • Performance monitoring from our content delivery provider, which measures page load speed.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on our site. If that changes, we will update this policy before turning them on.

From our service providers — our payment processors tell us whether a transaction was approved, and shipping carriers give us tracking and delivery status.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will break checkout and account login. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

Why We Use It

  • To fill your order — take payment, verify the order, ship your products, send confirmations and tracking, and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • To provide customer service — answer questions, resolve problems, and honor warranties.
  • To run your account — log you in, save your addresses, and show your order history.
  • To improve the site and our products — fix technical problems and understand which pages and products are useful.
  • To send marketing, if you have opted in — newsletters, product news, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To prevent fraud and protect security — detect fraudulent orders and abuse of our site.
  • To comply with the law — meet tax, accounting, product safety, and recordkeeping obligations.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or for targeted advertising. We have not done so in the past twelve months.

We share information with service providers who need it to do a job for us:

Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate.
  • Delete your personal information. Some records — completed orders, for example — must be kept for tax and accounting purposes.

  • Opt out of marketing email, at any time.

You will not be denied service, charged a different price, or given lower-quality service for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email info@atsko.mom with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or write to us at the address below. Tell us what you want and the name and email address associated with your orders. We will verify that the request is really from you — usually by confirming details that match what we already have — and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why.

To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing message, or email us. You will still receive order confirmations and shipping notices for purchases you make.
