These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
